Spacious basement suite available Dec 1st in a desirable and quiet area of South Port, one block from Maquinna Elementary School. The carport is for the suite with walk-in access to the living room. The suite includes new dishwasher (purchased last year), washer/dryer, and microwave. The bathroom includes a full bathtub. All utilities, such as heat/hot water/garbage are included in the monthly rental. There is a large storage/pantry area in the middle of the suite (please refer to the floor plan provided). There is a walk-in closet in one of the bedrooms. We do expect basic upkeep of the back yard, and have included your own shed, you would need to provide a lock. The backyard is for the sole use of the basement suite. Small pets will be considered, and if allowed, we will ask for a pet damage deposit. Per the kitchen photo, to the left of the oven is where the new dishwasher and above the oven we have supplied the microwave.
