Residential cleaning service Hello, Im writing to offer my services as a residential house-keeper. Honest and reliable, my work is done in a timely and efficient fashion, with an eye for detail. I understand that there is a demand for housekeeping services so I am testing the waters to determine exactly how high the demand, before i pursue a legitimate career in the field. Here are some of my basic cleaning packages. Regular cleanings: Floors, dusting, washing surfaces, dishes, washrooms etc. (min 2 hrs) Spring / deep clean: interior windows, walls, baseboards, cupboards. Includes regular cleaning package in addition. (min 4 hrs) Move in / move out cleans: Includes all of the above with a more detailed washroom cleaning as well as the top, inside and underneath of appliances. (min of 6hrs) The minimum hours I've posted with each package are subject to change based on the size of the home and any extra details or add-ons the client may need. $20.00 per hour is my flat rate. Cleaning supplies are provided except a vacuum due to health and safety regulations. Cleaning references available upon request.
