WANTED: 1000 -1500 sq ft shop for long term rental.
Shop space with power water insulated and with a mostly open area with an overhead door in Port Alberni.
The purpose is for a cleaning company to store its equipment and working space to wash rugs. There would be no traffic or people in or out of the property except by myself with no evening or late night work. A building on acreage would be suitable or anywhere there is not a crime issue.
