Two adults, one working and we have a 1year old daughters. We're looking for a reasonable priced long term leased home. No smoking no drinking, no pets. No car. Last land lord has passed away of a location we stayed in 10years. In new location for 1year. Reference call & family members if need be. We are hoping for April but mostly, May 1st-15th 2020.
